Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If an order is cancelled the amount will be refunded to your account immediately.

Shipping
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air.

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Items are printed at the time of order to ensure optimal quality. Orders placed after business hours on Friday afternoon or on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday. If Monday is a holiday your order will begin processing on the next business day.

Orders are shipped from our facility in Los Angeles, California. Please allow 5 business days for UPS Ground and 2 business days for 2nd Day Air. There is no weekend delivery option.

Delivery delays may occur if your address is incorrect. Please take the time to make sure that your information is accurate. Be sure to include apartment number or suite number if applicable.

At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We offer flat rate shipping to all 50 states. The pricing is determined by the subtotal ( order total minus any tax and shipping costs ) of the order.

Returns
All items carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee. In order to return an item, please e-mail us at sales@lotusartworks.com within 30 days of delivery. Please supply your name, order number and order date. We will email you a return authorization number and supply you with the return address. If you are returning items from multiple orders please request a return authorization number for each individual order separately.

We will issue a return authorization for any reason; however, we absolutely WILL NOT accept unauthorized returns. Returns that are sent back without an authorization number, or are not sent to the correct Return Center address, will not be returned to you, and your account will not be credited, no exceptions will be made.

It can take up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact sales@lotusartworks.com.

Order Changes
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us at 1-310-442-3333. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled or changed.
